Last updated: May 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
RoAppeal is owned and operated by Nexus Code, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
By creating an account, making a purchase, redeeming an order token, connecting an integration, or otherwise accessing or using the RoAppeal website and service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above or by another reasonable notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of notice or consent.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the RoAppeal website, dashboard, backend systems, AI-assisted appeal draft generation, user-authorized appeal submission, response monitoring, notification, and related support features.
- "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- "Account" means your registered RoAppeal account.
- "Order" means one purchased, redeemed, or administratively created appeal service order for one Roblox account.
- "Appeal" means an appeal draft generated for your review and, when approved or otherwise authorized by you, submitted to Roblox on your behalf.
- "RoAppeal" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the RoAppeal service operated by Nexus Code, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its authorized operators.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and consents to your use of the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. We may request proof of age or terminate accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.
4. Description of Service
RoAppeal is an AI-assisted appeal draft generation, user-authorized submission, and monitoring service for Roblox account appeals. Some ban types or account situations may be unsupported, may fail, may be escalated by Roblox, or may be stopped by RoAppeal.
When you create an order, we may:
- Validate the Roblox username and current ban status through Roblox services.
- Store your Roblox username, submission email, optional situation description, and order settings.
- Create appeal drafts using artificial intelligence and fallback templates when needed.
- Submit appeal messages to Roblox through Roblox support flows after you approve or otherwise authorize submission.
- Use RoAppeal-controlled tracking email addresses, email routing infrastructure, or an optional connected Gmail or Outlook account to detect Roblox responses.
- Create follow-up appeal drafts after rejections, escalations, failed submissions, stale submissions, or expired response windows.
- Notify you by email, dashboard updates, Discord webhooks, or Discord direct messages where those features are configured.
- Let you pause and resume eligible active orders from the dashboard, subject to cooldowns and operational limits.
By default, RoAppeal creates appeal drafts for you to review before submission. Appeals are submitted only after you approve a draft, enable an Auto Approve or similar automatic-submission setting, or otherwise authorize submission through the Service. Each order covers one banned Roblox account and continues until the account is restored, the order expires, the order is cancelled or stopped, or another terminal condition applies.
4a. Service Window
Each paid or redeemed order has a service window that may vary based on the ban type, account situation, order settings, and operational limits shown or applied in the Service. The service window begins at payment confirmation, token redemption, or administrative activation. During this window, RoAppeal may create appeal drafts, submit approved or otherwise authorized appeals, monitor responses, and refill the appeal queue while the order remains active.
If an account has not been restored by the end of the applicable service window, the order may automatically expire and the Service may stop for that order. Paused time may extend an order's expiration time where the dashboard pause feature applies.
We may extend, shorten, reactivate, cancel, or otherwise adjust orders through authorized administrative actions when operationally necessary. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, including the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, the 30-day technical failure refund, and any mandatory legal rights.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Appeal messages are generated using artificial intelligence and may also use static fallback text if AI generation is unavailable or invalid. You acknowledge that:
- Appeal content may not perfectly represent your personal account of events.
- You authorize RoAppeal to generate appeal drafts and to submit appeal content to Roblox on your behalf after you approve or otherwise authorize submission.
- You are responsible for the information you provide to RoAppeal.
- RoAppeal does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or effectiveness of AI-generated appeal text.
- AI-generated content is created for appeal review and submission only and is not legal advice.
5a. Email Monitoring and Email Integrations
RoAppeal monitors Roblox responses so the Service can update appeal status and continue, stop, or complete an order. By using the Service, you authorize RoAppeal to process Roblox emails sent to RoAppeal-controlled tracking addresses, inbound email routing addresses, or any Gmail or Outlook account you choose to connect.
If you connect Gmail, you grant RoAppeal Gmail API permissions to search for, fetch, and send Roblox emails relevant to your active orders. If you connect Outlook, you grant RoAppeal Microsoft/Outlook permissions to search for, fetch, and send Roblox emails relevant to your active orders. Matched Roblox email content and metadata may be stored as part of your appeal record so the dashboard, automation, support, and audit history can work.
- You may revoke Gmail access through Google Account Permissions and Outlook access through your Microsoft account permissions.
- Revoking Gmail or Outlook access may prevent connected-email orders from submitting approved or otherwise authorized new appeals or detecting new responses until access is restored or the order is changed by an authorized path.
- Switching an order to a connected Gmail or Outlook account may be a one-way action in the product UI.
- Our use of Gmail data is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not and cannot guarantee that your Roblox account will be unbanned. Roblox Corporation controls its own moderation, support, and appeal decisions. RoAppeal provides appeal draft generation, user-authorized submission, monitoring, and notification tools only. Success depends on factors outside our control, including the ban reason, Roblox's review process, Roblox's systems, and Roblox's sole discretion.
Purchasing or redeeming the Service is not a guarantee of any outcome.
7. Risk Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Using a third-party service to interact with Roblox support may violate Roblox's terms, policies, or expectations.
- Roblox may reject, ignore, escalate, or otherwise respond negatively to authorized appeal submissions.
- Roblox may take action against your Roblox account as a result of authorized appeal submissions or related activity.
- Information you provide to RoAppeal may be included in appeal drafts and submitted to Roblox after you approve or otherwise authorize submission.
- Automated systems, captcha challenges, email delivery, proxy networks, AI providers, and third-party APIs can fail or change without notice.
8. Payment and Pricing
Paid orders are offered at the price shown at checkout. Pricing may vary based on ban type, Roblox account situation, order settings, discounts, tokens, promotions, or other checkout terms. Payments may be processed by Stripe, NOWPayments, or another payment processor shown at checkout. RoAppeal does not store or process your full credit card number, CVV, payment card details, private cryptocurrency keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms, buyer rules, checkout disclosures, and network or transaction rules. For cryptocurrency payments, exchange rates, token availability, blockchain network fees, confirmation timing, wallet errors, and transaction finality may be outside RoAppeal's control. Order processing and appeal draft generation may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation, token redemption, or administrative activation.
9. Refunds and Guarantee
RoAppeal offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the eligible order, no questions asked. RoAppeal also offers a 30-day technical failure refund if we cannot provide the Service for your order because of a technical issue on our side and the purchase was made within the last 30 days.
Roblox rejecting an appeal, ignoring an appeal, escalating an appeal, keeping an account banned, changing its systems, or making a moderation decision we cannot control is not by itself a RoAppeal technical failure. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including how to request a refund and how refunds affect active orders.
Mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights apply to the extent they cannot legally be waived or limited.
10. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account through a supported OAuth provider, currently Discord, Google, or GitHub. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your OAuth provider account and active sessions.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate, current, and truthful information.
- Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
RoAppeal does not need your Roblox password, two-factor codes, session cookies, or direct Roblox account access. You must not provide those credentials to us.
11. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, copy, modify, interfere with, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for a Roblox account you do not own or are not authorized to appeal.
- Provide false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive information.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, account restrictions, captcha checks, payment checks, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, scan, or interfere with the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or prior account restrictions.
- Submit malicious webhook URLs, content, scripts, or data.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, stop, cancel, or terminate accounts or orders at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, created operational or legal risk, submitted unsupported information, or caused harm to RoAppeal, other users, Roblox, or third parties.
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately upon termination.
- Refunds for suspended, stopped, cancelled, expired, or pending orders are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
- We may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy for support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
You may request account deletion or data assistance by contacting [email protected].
14. Intellectual Property
All content, features, software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and technology used by the Service are owned by Nexus Code, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS REFUND COMMITMENTS IN OUR REFUND POLICY AND ANY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUCCESSFUL.
16. Limitation of Liability
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SUBJECT TO THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXUS CODE, LLC AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, ACCOUNT ACCESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT RESULT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service uses and integrates with third-party services, providers, and infrastructure, including Roblox support flows, payment processing, OAuth login and connected-email providers, email delivery and routing, AI model providers, security and captcha services, network infrastructure, analytics, reliability and debugging tools, hosting, database, authentication, storage, and related vendors. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, policies, content, API changes, outages, or failures that affect the Service.
18. Roblox Disclaimer
RoAppeal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Roblox" and related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. References to Roblox are for descriptive and identification purposes only.
- Roblox Corporation is not responsible for RoAppeal or your use of RoAppeal.
- Any agreement you enter into by using RoAppeal is between you and Nexus Code, LLC for the RoAppeal Service only.
- Nothing in these Terms makes Roblox responsible for RoAppeal or limits any separate rights or obligations you may have with Roblox.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Code, LLC and its operators, affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your unlawful use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or information you provide to the Service.
20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal resolution: Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally, unless applicable law does not allow this requirement.
Binding Arbitration: To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert qualifying claims in small claims court and except for claims that applicable law does not allow to be arbitrated.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, YOU AND NEXUS CODE, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of another jurisdiction must apply as a matter of mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable law. To the extent arbitration does not apply, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Nexus Code, LLC regarding the RoAppeal Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications about the Service.
